We offer free standard ground shipping for all orders worldwide. Due to the high demand for our products, our current estimated delivery time for all items is now 7 to 12 business days.

We are dedicated to fulfilling all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, to manage this increased demand, we have temporarily suspended our 2-Day Express Shipping option.

 

What is your standard processing time for orders?

• Our standard processing time for orders is between 1-2 business days. 

 

Do you provide tracking information on orders?

• Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.


What should I do if I am missing items in my order?

• Some of our products may be shipped separately depending on your order. If you believe there are missing items from your order, please contact us at info@cafeguyhealth.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

• We're sorry to hear that. Please send us an image of the damaged item to info@cafeguyhealth.com and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
